Q: Why was my order split?
A: Orders may be split if they include both "Made to Order" (MTO) and in-stock items. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days, while MTO items ship once they're ready. Rest assured, we aim to deliver everything as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer care team here.
Orders & Shipping
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Shipping times vary based on the items in your order. In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order (MTO) items take a bit longer since they’re created just for you. For full details, check out our [Shipping & Returns] page.
Q: Why was my order split?
A: If your order includes both in-stock and MTO items, we may ship them separately so you get what’s ready sooner. You won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from both coasts of the U.S., and your order will go out from the nearest location when possible.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet! We currently ship within the U.S. and its territories. Stay tuned—we’re working on it.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: If you need to cancel or make changes, reach out to us ASAP! We process orders quickly, and once they’re packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. (Note: This doesn’t apply to orders placed through eBay or Etsy.)

Q: What condition are your items in?
A: All of our items are brand new—never worn or tried on. While we love vintage style, what you receive is fresh and ready to wear.
Q: What is MTO (Made to Order)?
A: MTO items are made just for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable shopping. Please allow a little extra time for delivery.
Q: Are all items limited?
A: Some of our licensed designs are limited and available only while supplies last. Our in-house Quarter Goods (QG) line and Good Basics are restocked throughout the year. Check each product description for specific availability.
Q: Why does my shirt smell like vinegar or have a residue?
A: That’s totally normal! We use a non-toxic pre-treatment to make sure the ink bonds properly. Any smell or residue will wash out the first time you launder the item.
Q: How should I care for my clothes?
A: Always check the care label on your garment. Most items are machine washable, but some may need special care like air drying or hand washing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and PayPal. We’re always working to add more options, so check back often!
Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order.
