Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and PayPal. We’re always updating our payment options, so be sure to check back for updates!


Q: What is the condition of the items in your shop?
A: We love vintage tees, but everything in our eMarket is brand new—never worn or tried on. Everything you see is fresh and ready to rock!


Q: What is MTO?
A: MTO stands for Made to Order. These items are custom made after you place your order, which means it may take a little longer for delivery. This process helps us minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint. We appreciate your thoughtful shopping choices!


Q: Are all of your items limited?
A: It’s a mix! Some of our licensed tees and items are available only while supplies last. However, our Quarter Goods (QG) brand and Good Basics are restocked throughout the year. Be sure to check each product description for details!


Q: Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell or off-white residue?
A: Don’t worry—this is normal! We use a pre-treatment to ensure the ink bonds to the fabric properly. The smell and residue will disappear after the first wash.


Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: Unfortunately, discounts cannot be combined. Each order is eligible for one discount at a time.


Q: When will I get my order?
A: Please check out our Shipping/Returns policies for more details on delivery times.


Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We have locations on both coasts of the U.S., so your order will ship from the nearest location. For mixed orders, we may ship from multiple locations.


Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and its territories. Check back soon for updates!


Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?
A: We work quickly to process orders, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes after processing, we’ll do our best. Note: This doesn’t apply to eBay or Etsy orders.


Q: How should I care for my new clothes?
A: For the best care, always follow the instructions on the garment’s label. Most of our clothing can be machine washed and dried, but some may require special care like air drying or hand washing.
