Q: What type of paymets do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and PayPal. We are continuously updating what we can accept, please check back for updates.
Q: What are the condition of items in shop?
A: We dig vintage tees... like a lot. But in this eMarket all items available are brand new, never been worn or tried on.
Q: What is MTO?
A: These items are made to order when you place it, so it takes us a bit longer to create and deliver it. However, doing this allows us to minimize our footprint, and making products with limited stock helps reduce waste. We appreciate and thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Q: Are all of your items limited?
A: Yes and also No. Licensed tees and other goods will only be available as supplies last, while our QG brand and Good Basics will have availability throught the year. We do our best to be specific in our listings, please read the description before your purchase.
Q: Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell and/or an off-white residue on it?
A: A pre-treatment is used to help the ink bond with the fabric; without it, the ink would flake off the garment. Don't worry; that's not unusual and not permanent. Both will disappear after the first wash.
Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot offer combined discounts on orders: one order, one discount limit.

A: Please see our Shipping/Returns policies.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: In trying to get orders out quickly as possible, we have a network on each coast of the United States. Items will ship from either location; in some cases of mixed orders, we will ship from multiple locations.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: No, as of this time were only shipping in the US and its territories. Please check back with us at a later time for updated changes.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
A: We do our best to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO EBAY AND/OR ETSY ORDERS.
Q: How do I care for my new clothes?
A: We recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label to ensure proper care. In general, most of our clothing can be machine washed and dried, but some items may require special care, such as air drying cleaning or hand washing.
