Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes—we offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S.! With locations across the country, we ship from the closest one to you. If your order is split between locations, we cover all shipping costs.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. MTO (Made to Order) items are made just for you and take longer—please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
Note: In-stock items in the same order will ship separately at no extra cost.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you haven’t received a tracking number or an order update within 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll help track it down.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer free size exchanges within 21 days if we sent the wrong size. Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed, with tags if originally attached.

Q: What if I return a limited item?
A: Some licensed tees and limited goods may not be available for exchange. If that's the case, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable replacement.
